About the Owner

My story of why I became a property inspector comes from personal lifetime experiences. 

As a young boy, I was indirectly influenced watching my father refinish our childhood home basement. Over those years, it was imprinted in me on how the job was completed, and proper measures needed to make it safe and habitatable. 

As I grew older, I had a great fascination with educating myself about the functionality and ownership of property. I continued this metafestation until I purchased my first property. 

The journey took me through many positives and learning objectives on how to purchase a property. Priority for myself was, to find the proper real estate agent and property inspector who would take the time to help and educate on what to look for in a property. 

The knoweldge and experiences learned hold great value on how I treat and understand property buyers, today. 

As the market and economy changes, professionals who are involved in property purchases have changed as well. I look at being a property inspector as a changing profession. I take pride in educating property buys, by taking the time to explain the systems and components, and as a professional generalist who finds answers through fellow trade professionals and my own personal continued learning.
